Segment #2 - How Prone Are You to Burning Out?
Activity: “How Prone Are You?”
Activity Objective: Participants conduct an assessment to determine how prone they are to burnout by looking at the three deep personal needs that lead to burnout, and the three character strengths that make people more resilient.
Segment #3 - Managing Your Energy to Avoid Burning Out
Activity: “Renewing Our Energy”
Activity Objective: Participants are introduced to three types of personal energy that can be depleted, but can also be replenished in order to avoid burnout.
Application - Final Thoughts – Emerging New Again
Activity: “Emerging New Again”
Activity Objective: Participants identify the learning they are taking away from the training as well as identify several techniques they will adopt to help them recharge.
